Третий год останавливаемся в Статском советнике в поездках в Питер. Всегда чисто в номерах, персонал вежливый и стремится сделать пребывание комфортным. Единственное, что расстроило, что парковка теперь платная - 1000 рублей в сутки. Шампанское по приезду.

10 дней, «Стандарт». Из "+": чисто, шторы "блэкаут", кондиционер и радиатор в номере, тапочки, фен, чайник, холодильник; гигиен.принадлежности и пакетики чая/кофе/сахара пополняют при уборке, шумоизоляция, вежливый персонал, удобный матрас, и, конечно, расположение (из-за него и выбран). "Минусы": завтраки однообразные и не очень вкусные, со столов убирают долго и завтракаешь среди грязной посуды, кофемашина не тянула молоко и ни капуччино ни латте сделать было нельзя, тогда же убрали тостер; вход с улицы через домофон, при этом регулярно никого на ресепшене нет и открыть дверь некому; нет дезодорантов. Но главное - в номере тусклое верхнее освещение и нет прикроватных ламп. Мы просили отрегулировать верхний свет, стало чуть лучше, но вечером все же хочется приглушенного света, почитать и не вставать к выключателю. Однако отель понравился, если бронировать еще раз, то без завтраков - рядом много точек с едой. При выборе номера лучше указать, чтобы окна были во двор – ночью шумно.

Рекомендую. Современный ремонт, свежий номер, отличная ежедневная уборка. Персонал позитивный, клиентоориентированный. Понравилось расположение отеля и близость к метро и вокзалу . До Эрмитажа 30 минут спокойным шагом.

Обычная трешка. Но что категорически не устроило.! При выселении спросили «а вы пользовались минибаром? Я - да. Мне - тогда надо оплатить 1700р! По какой причине мне не сообщили о платности ДО того как оказать услугу? Если я вижу в холодильнике чокопай я должен звонить и узнавать или вы должны ставить ценники? Короче я больше в отель ни ногой. Пусть этот суперсникерс и 0,4 сока за 1700 (в закупе сколько? Рублей 50? принесут вам минус клиента или нескольких. В целях воспитания. Так быть просто не должно! Предупреждайте! Сделайте ценники, таблички, мониторьте персонал может это их бизнес. А до той поры Статского советника - не советую! Неприятное впечатление осталось.

Access to shops are just few steps away to the market.
Car park by roadside is always available.
The only trouble I had was to find the entrance.

옆방 손님이 시끄러웠던 것 빼곤 전체적으로 만족함. 호텔 정문을 찾는것이 좀 힘들었음. 간판을 조금더 눈에 띄게 만들어 준다면 처음 방문하는 손님이 편리할 것임. 청결하고 아침식사도 나쁘지 않았음. 시내 중심가와 멀지 않아서 도보로 여행하기 좋은 위치임.
