Оценку ставлю с позиции соотношения цены и качества. Что есть качество в 5 звездочном отеле и почему я больше не вернусь в Асторию? Дьявол в деталях: это не только наличие удобных кроватей, халатов или тапочек (хотя и здесь они оказались «проще» чем в других 5* отелях Петербурга), но и, прежде всего, это сервис, за которым приезжает каждый гость. В Астории сложилось ощущение, что о сервисе приходится постоянно просить и напоминать: занести чемоданы, принести кофе-машину в номер (со второго напоминания, пришедшая горничная просто убила высокомерной фразой: «лимит,на человека в сутки одна капсулка»***?). Вечером гостям разносят по конфетке Аленка (весьма несерьезно для отеля такого уровня, особенно, при наличии собственной линейки конфет от шоколатье, которые продаются в соседнем магазине). При выселении депозит вернули только после обращения в отель, спустя два дня после выезда, о чем тоже пришлось напомнить. Приветственных напитков нет (что для других 5* отелей Петербурга - норма). Вобщем, если вы ищете именно сервис 5*- бронируйте Гранд Отель, Гельвецию или что-то наподобие.
Может в люксах с видом на собор места и достаточно, но мы брали стандартный номер и эргономика его оказалась немного странной (например, дверь в ванной упирается в раковину, пройти невозможно).
Справедливости ради, отмечу предельно вежливое общение персонала во входной зоне, девушек на ресепшн и чудесный бар в лобби отеля, с отличным кофе и десертами. Но в него вы можете попасть и не бронируя номер в данном отеле.

Отдыхали в данном отеле со 2 по 5 февраля 2024 на мой день рождения.Немного волновалась перед заездом,т.к в крупных отелях 5* бываем в основном на море. Астория-шикарное историческое место.Гармоничное сочетание интерьера- богатого,но не вычурного;ненавязчивого ,но заботливого обслуживания и гостеприимства. У нас был номер на 7 этаже с видом на Исакий.Милый и уютный,такой,что хочется возвращаться.В целом у меня очень хорошее послевкусие от посещения данного места.День Рождения удался.Большое спасибо команде Астории.

Роскошный старый отель в центре города! эпитет Старый относиться ко времени постройки и истории, осталась довольна визитом, сервис великолепный, завтраки потрясающие, выбор блюд, подача, обслуживание, персоналу браво! в целом кухня в отеле представлена очень достойно. Заселение быстрое, номер чистый, уютный. Отель очень красивый! Локация также шикарная, как и виды из окна ! Обязательно вернусь с посещением данного отеля!

Астория - это дом в Петербурге. Северной столице есть чем хвалиться в плане отелей, но побывав у пятизвездных соседей, решил для себя, что нет ничего лучше Астории. В зависимости от типа поездки выбираю либо мансардный номер, либо супериор с видом на Исаакиевский. Завтрак прекрасен, а вечера в Ротонде с друзьями, партнерами за долгими и приятными разговорами в сопровождении заботливого сервиса сотрудников отеля — идеальны. Если и наши вкусы совпадают, то рекомендую.

Регулярно останавливаемся в Астории на протяжении последних пяти лет. Атмосферная высококлассная Петербургская история для ценителей сервиса и исторического прошлого СПб. Лучшие завтраки в Петербурге, 5 o’clock чаепитие в Ротонде, просторные и светлые номера, компактный, но имеющий все необходимое тренажерный зал, деликатный хаускипинг, делающий все возможное для того, чтобы ты чувствовал себя как дома вдали от дома… Про Асторию можно писать долго, перечисляя ее достоинства, но, мой совет – лучше попробуйте сами и убедитесь, что так уютно и тепло, как там, вас не встретит ни один отель Санкт Петербурга ❤

Awesome hotel, great historical vibe and right next to some of St. Petersburg's main attractions so many things you'd want to visit is basically walking distance. Staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast excellent too.
