非常乾淨，非常暖和，早餐在俄羅斯五星應該都差不多 ，離冬宮非常近，離主大街也是走兩個路口，去滴血大教堂走15-20分鐘，邊逛邊走也不錯，衹是雙人床房間的床比較小，應該這邊也都是這樣吧

客房服務非常好，專門來送水和甜點。早餐也很不錯，就是品類太少。前台服務很差，退房還要莫名其妙收我的税，我的訂單已經含税金了！要他拿文件出來也沒有，就是死腦筋要收錢🤣

房間很乾凈，服務很好，就是房間有點小！地理位置很好，最近天氣比較冷，所以門票的河結冰了，九樓的餐廳不是很好吃，價格還貴

房間整潔，酒店洗護用品全套都是歐舒丹馬鞭草系列，工作人員服務熱情。酒店緊鄰涅瓦河，距離冬宮非常近，就在酒店對面，過橋就到了。下次來還會住這裏。
