Не первый раз здесь останавливаюсь. Это место выше всяких похвал. Удобное местоположение, вежливый персонал, прекрасный ресторан. Отдельного внимания заслуживает внутренний дворик. Он прекрасен даже зимой. Номера чистые, свежий ремонт.

Прекрасный отель с удобным расположением, внимательным персоналом и красивыми удобными номерами. Были с семьёй в конце Новогодних праздников. Очень милые новогодние подарки создают настроение уже при заезде! Большое спасибо за идею и исполнение! Приедем снова обязательно!

Были в Петербурге в начале января наступившего 2024 года. Бронировали этот замечательный гостевой дом еще осенью, и ни секунды не пожалели о своем выборе. Все детали в жилой комнате, в местах общего пользования - все продумано до мелочей, везде чисто и по-домашнему уютно. По приезде угостили вкусным фирменным борщом в ресторане с настоящим камином, и провели небольшую экскурсию. знакомящую с самим домом, и его историей. Впоследствии ресторан очень выручал - на улице стояли нешуточные морозы, и холодными вечерами было очень приятно трапезничать в тепле под треск горящих поленьев в камине. И казалось, что находишься не в центре города, а в уютом домике в карельских лесах. На втором этаже есть небольшой зал с камином, в котором можно более приватно поужинать. В общем, нам все очень понравилось. Большая благодарность всей команде этого гостеприимного дома за тепло, уют и внимание, которое проявляется даже в самых незначительных мелочах. Мы обязательно вернемся!

Уже не в первый раз отдыхаем здесь. Первый раз было 14 лет назад (в день свадьбы). В восторге от отдыха, настолько здесь уютно по-домашнему, где все готовы помочь, найти решение, и при этом есть ощущение уединенности даже в пространствах общего пользования. Обожаю ужины у камина 2 этаже, спасибо за такую возможность и организацию. Всегда наслаждаюсь красотой номеров и самого гостевого дома. Все продумано до мелочей, очень красиво с потрясающим вкусом и умением сочетать разное. Огромная благодарность за утро в мой день рождения. Так приятно, когда тебя поздравляют сотрудники отеля, при том не один, а несколько по пути пока я шла завтракать. Приятны быди и слова при поздравлении на завтраке. Чувствовалось, чтобы было от души. Снова вернемся с мужем сюда за этой атмосферой тепла, душевности и отдыха!!! С благодарностью ко всем

Потрясающий отель, действительно хочется в него возвращаться как домой в Санкт-Петербурге. Высочайший уровень обслуживания, меня встретили чашечкой горячего глинтвейна, что было очень кстати, провели экскурсию по гостинице, все сотрудники были очень вежливы и доброжелательны. Удобное расположение, в гостиной - камин. Номер в идеальном состоянии, теплые батареи, вода и мини-бар, очень удобная постель с теплыми одеялами, приятная мебель из массива, в туалете - пол с подогревом. Обязательно буду останавливаться в Alexander House ещё. Соотношение цена/качество идеальное.

Изумительно красивый отель с безупречным сервисом, роскошными завтраками и чудеснейшей локацией. Только уехала из него и уже скучаю. Очень интересно оформленные номера, прекрасные общие зоны, внутренний садик, библиотека, камин - есть всё для уютного проживания.

Очень атмосферный отель, камерный, уютный, если можно так выразиться -с душой, с исключительно приветливым, доброжелательным персоналом! Чувствуешь себя действительно в гостях:) Отличный хорошо оснащенный большой номер стандарт с тематической направленностью (у меня был Бали), очень комфортно было там жить. Завтраки это отдельный восторг, как в части места, обслуживания, так и по выбору блюд! А ужин на террасе во внутреннем дворике переносит во времени в маленькие европейские городки:) Теперь у меня не будет проблемы выбора места где остановиться в Санкт-Петербурге, я с удовольствием вернусь в отель Александр Хаус.

It is always a pleasure to stay at Alexander House. For this trip I took the deluxe Helsinki room and was not disappointed with the spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated "Finnish" style. The staff are all exceptionally well trained, friendly and helpful. Since the purpose of my trip was to attend "The White Nights Festival" at the Mariinsky Theatre the location is perfect. This hotel is absolutely first class.

Удивительное место. Тёмное дерево, книжные полки, камин, внутренний сад - как описать все детали, составляющие неповторимый уют этого пространства. Мы жили в Киото. Японская стилистика, очень удобный матрас. Шумоизоляция, вид на дворик. Удобство и красота. Отдельно отмечу персонал. Ненавязчивость, позитив и вежливость - идеально! Обязательно вернёмся вновь.
