Я не понимаю откуда столько оценок с высоким рейтингом. Несоответствие цена/качество эпическое. Жил в двухэтажном номере стандарт. Что касается номера: - Грязь. Липкие поверхности. Пыль на спинке кровати, которую по ощущениям не убирали с прошлого года. Неубранный душ. Пятна на полу и на стенах. Моющих средств +/- с тех же времен не видели что и кровать. - Мебель старая. Вспученные тумбочки. Сбитые углы, ободранные перила. Дыры в постельном белье. - спать не возможно. По ощущением каждые 40 минут какое-то оборудование издает дикий грохот, похожи на то что кто-то сильно дергает дверь номера. - администраторы не отвечают на сообщения после 19-00.

Очень маленький и очень бюджетный номер , тесный, туалет разбитый, душ упирается в туалет, то если раздеться в ванной-туалете все будет мокрое, при том, что в туалете мокрый пол выходишь в корридор он же зал он же хол сразу на плитку и можно подскользнуться и упасть, в номере нет даже воды, нужно идти в соседний подъезд. Подойдет только если угуляться и упасть . Слышимость такая, что соседи шепчут, а ты подслушиваешь. В общем не айс. Были много раз в данном районе, и отели были достойнее за меньшие деньги.

地理位置很棒，酒店正在建設中，窗户被遮擋着，酒店的門非常“社會主義”，每天衹提供一份手紙，為所有的客人（提供的）早餐僅在一張桌子上，考慮到這些，我不知道是否會選擇這裏。

Очень понравилось! В номере чисто, всё есть- фен, утюг, чайник, даже фумигатор. Приятный интерьер ( были в локте). Расположение очень удобное! Огромная благодарность администратору Даниле за отзывчивость и доброту!!!!

С мужем выбрали этот отель для ночлега. Все бы ничего но постоянный скрип лестниц и тонкие стены не давали спать нормально. Пепел в прихожих , а в санузлах все желтое советское , как будто не моют вообще. Очень не советую это место (отелем даже тяжело назвать) лучше выберите рядом и цены нормальные . Персонал хабалистый. Хозяину без разницы что вы скажете , просто у него принцип , придёте не вы так другие .
