Красивый, современный и уютный отель! Часто останавливаюсь тут по работе, сервис радует каждый раз Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый, всегда помогут, что то принести в номер и тд быстро происходит Дизайн номеров очень спокойный, в мягких тонах, самое то когда нужно сосредоточиться на работе, шумоизоляция есть, что редкость для питерских отелей Хороший, мощный душ Вай фай хороший, видеозвонки тянет Есть миникухня, посуда Можно приобрести завтраки, обеды отличные по качеству и очень дешевые в ресторане на первом этаже Рядом есть большой перекрёсток В общем отель рекомендую!

We booked a room in this Hotel in Ostrovok page but also the hotel new and confirmed that we had a reservation there and when we arrived they told us there was no room and they canceled to us. They werent helpful at all and they just say sorry we are fully booked and its not our problem. I asked to speak to the manager and they say she wasnt there at the moment, I asked for her info or name and also they say they werwnt allowed to comment about that. Dont go its like a scam!
