На новогодних каникулах отдыхали в Питере. Выбрали этот замечательный отель из-за удачного расположения в центре и демократичных цен. Приятное общение с персоналом, отзываются на все просьбы. Удивительно красиво украшенный холл, праздничный декор и фото зона восхитили! 31 декабря получили милые новогодние подарочки. Номера очень удобные, ежедневная уборка, в номере мини кухня с посудой. Есть общая зона с большой кухней, кулером и запасами чая, сахара и соли. Чудесный отель!

Хочу написать отзыв об этом отеле. Приехали чуть раньше, нам заявили, что номер не готов, заселение с 15.00. В принципе в многих отелях, если номер свободен, можно заселиться и раньше, но это зависит от человеческого фактора. Номер в принципе не плохой, это был номер 2 на ресепшен, НО грязь неимоверная, полы наверное моют раз в год, кругом мусор и черные волосы. В душе то же самое, начинаешь мыться в тапочках и тебе заплывают на ноги черные волосы. Это ужас. Утром ушли спешили не сказав об этом, вечером пришли, все тоже самое, весь мусор на своих местах. Такой ГРЯЗИ я не в одном отеле или апартаментах не видела!!! Хотя у нас был номер повышенной комфортности. И еще умывальник в санузле, он кукольного размера, умыться не предоставляется возможным, наклониться над ним невозможно мешает полка, в нем можно только кой как помыть руки.
