Great hotel, food was delicious and the staff was so friendly. Recommend staying here. Rooms were clean and everything was perfect

Overall, the property was clean, quiet and staff friendly but it wasn't anything special. At this price point I was expecting more. Best part is its location. Easily walkable to restaurants, the waterfront, The Dali Museum, The Chihuly Museum, the Saturday farmer's market, and many other attractions.
We had a large room with more than enough space but it felt like it needed some "warmth". There is no body lotion or shower cap in the room so be sure to bring your own. We could not access our streaming channels from the room. Rooms do have a safe, microwave, and refrigerator.
The lobby also has a "coldness" about it. Paid parking is on property but we felt like it should have been complimentary.
Breakfast is complimentary but everything was dry and overcooked.
There was nothing bad about the property but there was also nothing great about it. I would definitely try somewhere different next visit.

Dawn and her staff was amazing. helped me tremendously with my back pain and situation! I loved every minute of my experience. I really can't wait to go back to this place. It was fantastic! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and Dawn was delivered the best customer service. I was so impressed!

Located in the heart of St Pete, the Hyatt Place was an ideal hotel. The staff was so nice, very welcoming, and very helpful. Marina gave us lots of great recommendations to make our stay even better.

Great location, great suggestions. Helpful overall. Room phone didn’t work and Did charge for service animal and was not very friendly upon check out. Very clean rooms; and safe area!
