The hotel is okay, but it does not provide room service by default, it is only provided when it is called, and it does not give new bottled water after it is called. The hotel's buffet breakfast is relatively simple. It should be considered a slightly better American breakfast, which is much worse than the English or European breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes away from the sea. Parking is too expensive, 35 knives per night for valet parking, we walked to the public parking building two blocks away to park, it's okay, more than ten knives per night.

Cassidy was a 5 star employee. Always greeting with a smile on her face and the best way to be greeted to this hotel. Not sure what else to type but when I look back at this trip I will remember the coolest front door greeter. 200 characters is excessive

Was upgraded to a suite, very spacious and clean with comfy beds and great water pressure. Breakfast buffet was great, quick and easy. Michael, Lance, and Wayne made valet a breeze. 10/10 experience, will definitely stay again for pleasure or business.

Valet team are great. They treated my car very well, even met all my special instructions for a couple quirks from my old Subaru. Thank you Wayne, Lance, Michael and Lance for being the unofficial Hilton welcome. Appreciate the easy e-Tip option too since I don’t always carry cash.

Terrible experience here at this Hilton. My family and I got in late with our flight by the time we got to the hotel, around 12:30 am, I ask for a late check out. The lady at the desk said they could 12:30 as a late check out. When I checked out the next day at 12:15pm and received my bill they added on a $75.00 for late check out. Then three days later saw a fraudulent $439.57 charge on my card. I've called twice and no help. Both times I call the people I spoke to barely speak English. Still no resolution on the charges and it's a week later now.

This review is really about the amazing valet service I received the week I was at the Bayfront. It was just before the Indy race on the streets of St Pete and valet had to move their whole operation to a street behind the hotel. The guests were not happy. The valet guys stayed calm and cool even while being yelled at by customers. I found Michael and Wyatt especially wonderful to work with and feel they need a shout out for being able to deal with adverse conditions beyond their control. Well done guys.

Friendly service and very clean room. This hotel is in within walking distance to all of the downtown action and close to all of the best restaurants. The bar is right in the lobby and also a restaurant. Very happy to come again and enjoy this downtown gem.
