Love the Birchwood. Good Bar, Good food, Good location, Good staff ... they just need an extra staffer around the front desk ... be back this weekend

Fantastic Victorian room! Great tub 🛁 plenty of room and windows overlooking the park. Don’t count on a quiet room. Hotel in middle of all the action!
The staff was very accommodating and were responsive to all my extra needs getting ready for a wedding. Great roof top bar looking over the city.

The staff are helpful and informative. Room is very clean and spacious. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel but we did go up to the rooftop for a beer. The location is great; walking distance to anywhere except for the beach. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant but the free breakfast was decent. Would recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

A great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown St. Pete. Enjoyed drinks at their roof top bar with beautiful views of the water. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. Toilets needs a few extra flushes but in these vintage hotels these things happen.

The Restaurant on site had very poor staff. Two members of our party asked to split an entree and the waiter stated that it was not a problem. It was delivered on one plate. When asked for a separate plate, the waiter ignored the request. We then asked the floor manager that came by for an extra empty plate and he ignored our request twice.

Canopy rooftop bar is outstanding and bar staff was terrific! Great view of Bay.
Our room was a little dark and no full length mirror on any wall.

Great area of mostly historic hotels. This one has an amazing rooftop bar. I had a hard time getting hot water to the bathroom. It took like 15 minutes to warm up. Otherwise great stay.

We had a perfect stay here, the hotel is in a great location, we were able to bring in our luggage and have our car valet parked much earlier than check in time. Keaton and Hanley, the two young ladies at the front desk were AMAZING! Friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, they kept our luggage at the front desk, called when the room was ready, and even put our luggage in the room for us. It was a very busy day in downtown St. Pete, so having the luxury of having a place to easily have our car parked was perfect. The hotel has so much character and our room was amazing, comfortable bed, huge bathroom with a wonderful rain shower and clawfoot tub. Accommodating us the way they did, being super friendly and kind, made our stay all the more enjoyable.
