I stayed at the Crystal Bay Hotel twice with my family and we had such a great experience that I need to write the review! This hotel for sure has an Old Hollywood feel! Stars stayed in there before and you feel like one. Cassandra and Rachel from the reception desk are the nicest, most welcoming people ever and they should be recognized and get a raise! Buffet style breakfast was great and we were full for hours! Frank Sinatra music was a plus too. Ok one of most surprising things was the fact that we slept like babies and it never happened at the hotel! Seriously 10h every night?! Location is pretty good because it’s only few minute drive from a Treasure Island. We can’t wait to stay there next time!

My friend and I enjoyed the ambience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the generous breakfast in the dining patio. Great location to jump off to various local sites.

I loved the contactless check-in and check-out. It was a much nicer experience than chain hotels, and much more relaxing.
