The biggest plus of the hotel is its location. Two stops at the metro and we are in the center of Nevsky. Station right in the hotel building. Breakfasts are delicious but not hot. No heating. In the room everything is available. Why is that only 19 channels on TV. Bed and towels are snowy. Pillows, blankets. Cleaning in 3 days was never once, twice had to ask the maid to pick up the garbage. Question to the hotel administration: Why are the slugs fenced the parking place opposite the main entrance and do not pass the taxi. With heavy baggage you have to go to the slugs. (On the official website of the hotel such information is true there!!) I wrote in support of Trip.ru to cancel the booking.
