if you plan to visit stingray city, then. I'd suggest staying at this property. super convenient, super nice staff, reasonably priced and good food.

This was a mistake. Wont return. No service whatsoever on Christmas day. Not even a bottle of water was offered and they fully well knew that a guest was arriving as they left the door open with keys Inside. Nothing was open in the area nor was the cafe open. It was christmas day, what a way to share a happy cheerful welcome. The bathroom had nothing in it but toilet paper and liquid hand soap. The shower glass wall had a massive crack and someone thought it was smart to use paint and draw over the crack in a shameful attempt to hide this.

The place is remote and nestled within what appears to be a residential area. Without maps, it would be difficult to find. There was no one at the office upon arrival. No instructions were provided on what to do to check in. I had to ask a neighbor to contact the number on the door. We waited for someone to show up.
Wifi was weak.
Room was clean and tidy.

Booking in on arrival was slow. We were not expected despite notifying them of our arrival time. Demand was made for payment even though we had paid one month before when booking. No apology when they discovered our payment. All-day breakfast turned out to be just sausage and egg even though we had ordered mushrooms and baked beans as well..! The worst breakfast we have encountered on our holiday so far - sloppy and broken eggs. No restaurant service available in the evening. Poor water pressure in the shower. Dirty windows. Nowhere to hang wet towels and swimming costumes.
Woken up during the night by the noise of the water-pump situated behind our room.
Nicely lit terrace area in the evenings.
Overall we would NOT recommend this property.

Cost of meals rather high.
Continental breakfast “included” but in 7 nights, I had it 3 times.
2 mornings there was nothing and the other 2
I was told that today's lunch was eggs/bacon or "French toast"...
To then make me pay for them during check out..
It's a bit insulting between choosing not to eat or paying for what was supposed to be included...
Comfort of the room correct
On the other hand, there could be a second blanket rather than just a sheet, that would be a big plus! :-)
Minimum room cleaning, without it being a complete daily cleaning, it would be good to spend every 2 or 3 days to empty the trash cans and change the towels. (suggestion) rather than switching after 5 days.
otherwise, location far from everything but quiet and pleasant, efficient WiFi, sufficient parking spaces during my visit, friendly cook.
Room large enough and still in good condition for a post-pandemic period where the absence of tourists must have been affected for more than 2 years.

We arrived early and the owner had a terrible attitude towards us, we felt like we were an annoying part to her day, she was not friendly in any sense of greeting her customers, once we got settled in our room we noticed lots of spiders and ants and nats were very bad in the restroom, the shower had no hot water and very poor water pressure and we did try to contact the owner but she was never around for us to talk to so we decided to move to a different hotel we tried 3 separate times to contact the owner and to no avail she just was never around and when we tried to check out she had rented out the room while we still had paid for the room and had a key to that room and she never even let us know. In general it was a terrible experience and very unfriendly and that fact she just gives the room key to one customer and gives another set to another customer is a accident waiting to happen but if you are looking for just a bed and plan on being gone most of your day I wish you the best of luck with your stay here.
