Hotel near the motorway, ideal when you have to take a break on a long journey. Friendly and welcoming staff both at the hotel and in the restaurant. Very comfortable and clean room. We recommend this establishment from the Accord chain.

The rooms are clean but small. Our main issue was the bathroom. When using the shower the entire bathroom floor was covered in water.... we reported the problem, we were moved to another room but the problem was the same in the second room.. . take two showers in a row and there would be water on the bedroom floor too...

What is surprising for an Ibis is the welcome which is more like that of a kindergarten in a remote village than that of a prestigious city in a hotel that aims to be comfortable. Fortunately, once we reached the rooms we were reassured!

I travel with a large dog, very calm and used to hotels and restaurants. In the morning when I went to the breakfast room, a small dog barked loudly when he saw us arriving, making it impossible for us to get through. The person at reception (Elodie) tells me that she is not there to manage the dogs (!!!), that I actually cannot pass through, the small dog being installed with its masters in the main passage. But she tells me that since I haven't paid for my breakfast in advance, I don't have to eat it (!), or that I can go eat it outside (it rained all night and it is 18 degrees!!!) And tie my dog ​​to a post to go and serve me!!!! Seriously ??? I choose to wait for the other people to finish their breakfast... it drags on... after 20 minutes I ask the receptionist, who all this time royally ignores me, if she can go ask them to move their dog so that I could pass. Exasperated, she ends up going there, repeating that she is not there to manage the dogs! I end up accessing the buffet: no more orange juice, no apple juice (knowing that during the entire time I waited, no one helped themselves)... I abandon the idea of ​​breakfast ! I pointed out to the person at the reception, who looked at me with disdain, that apart from the dogs, she doesn't manage the customers or the breakfast! You have lost an Accor member customer! I would like to point out that the evening of my arrival, the hotel staff was very friendly.
