Encore MERCI.

Just returned from an impeccable stay at Domaine de la Sabliere. The staff were all very friendly and I loved how textile-free the naturist experience there was compared to other larger sites such as Euronat. One could even eat in the restaurant at night nude without anyone batting an eyelid. Everything was well-maintained, especially the sanitary blocks, which was pleasing. A really good range of activities was on offer all included in the price such as music, kid's clubs, archery, swimming, sauna, etc. I loved the tiered swimming pools including the flumes and the river was a beautiful setting to lounge about on and watch the world go by. The restaurants were all of good quality and had reasonable prices. The supermarket had everything one needed throughout the stay so no need to leave the campsite and put your clothes on if you didn't want to. My one and only ****** is that toilet paper is only provided on the outside of the toilets. This is so annoying and very embarrassing to have to dispense in front of everyone else. Please just put toilet roll dispensers in each cubicle! Otherwise, I would thoroughly recommend Domaine de la Sabliere either for a family or solo holiday.

Idyllic setting, but in recent years this little paradise has lost its wild side that we loved so much. Go there out of season to avoid noise pollution (karoke, dance evenings, concerts blasting the balloons) every evening until midnight … for peace and quiet you have to camp downstairs and at the bottom near the river. We hope that the evenings will be more limited this year for the respect of nature and the tranquility of vacationers looking for rest.

On the camping side, not too much to say, even if everything is not perfect, the place is very nice. On the other hand, on the catering side, it is a disaster! To flee ! Very expensive, of very poor quality, lack of napkins to eat a "very practical" burger and we will tell you take your napkin we have more! Ditto for the mayo if you want it go look for it at the top because here there is more. No need to discuss with the person in charge of the restaurant points he will tell you "I don't care what you tell me" here is the answer after so many years of loyalty. Keep your money to treat yourself outside the campsite, even the bar is too expensive, and the doses are not respected in terms of savings. Apart from 2 very professional and smiling young girls, the rest of the servers had no respect for the customers. Next year it will be all the family expenses outside the campsite period. Finally, the evenings with a menu if you want to find yourself with your paper plate in your mouth when cutting your poor little piece of meat and your 2 very small potatoes at 17€ it's perfect!
