Good friendly reception staff. Good size room with a separate toilet in it. However the shower over the bath needs a non slip base or a bath mat in the bath. The surface is like ice when you use shampoo and I slipped right over and badly bruised my arm. The breakfast was ok, nice croissants.

Nice hotel with a few details to take care in the room (the bath). a good mix between rational style and warm place Good sleep, nice position, right across the pedestrian area of the city very good breakfast The Price is a little bit higher for this kind of hotel

Des cheveux dans la douche, une chasse d'eau qui fonctionne moyen, une eau du robinet qui pue les excréments quand on la fait couler, un veilleur de nuit qui se moque ouvertement des clients, et des œuvres d'art horribles que même un enfant de 6 ans aurait mieux dessinée . Bref, les 3 etoiles ne sont pas du tout méritées, à moins que Accor achète la norme NN.... à fuir si vous cherchez de la qualité et de la gentillesse (sauf la gouvernante, les femmes de ménages et la receptioniste du prénom d'anais qui ont été professionnelles.)

Stayed for a single night on a battlefield tour. Ibis is pretty standardised but the staff in St Quentin made the difference. Very good at managing large groups and very handy for accessing the town. Breakfast was plentiful although multiple groups were cycled through the small restaurant area. Would definitely return.
