Terrible lady manager. Very rude with customers.
Also very small rooms for the price you’re paying.
Nothing around the hotel in working distance.

Habitués à ce , précédemment , Kyriad , nous avons apprécié les améliorations apportées par Ibis récemment . Moquettes remplacées par un sol dur plus hygiénique , décoration multicolore ( question de goût ) , super literie avec surmatelas moelleux au possible . Toujours grande propreté …. Par contre : plus de plateau de bienvenue avec eau etc… mais café, thé ,jus de fruits disponibles en RDC . Le petit déjeuner est toujours bien équilibré avec machine à vrai jus d’orange ( rare , inexistant même au petit déjeuner du château/hotel **** de Sedan : voir ma contribution ) . Seul bémol cette fois ci : les lits twins réservés pourtant depuis 4 mois n’étaient pas installés , on nous a donc déplacés dans une chambre …plus exigüe ; explication plausible : le jeune personnel à l’accueil lors de notre Check in , ne semblait pas encore bien à l’aise avec la structure . Rien de rédhibitoire . Nous conseillons et y retournerons comme à l’habitude

Good overnight stop however not a good restful night after a long journey firstly reception could not find our booking which had been booked in advance / at least 3 months
Security gate to hotel opened several times firstly at 3am then guests laughing and joking at 4am and the left premises in a car
At 6.20 a guest decided to leave and before actually leaving decided to play rap music at the highest level which made me shout out the window !

Clean bathroom which was well equipped with good shower. Nice breakfast with good choice of pastries, cold meats, yoghurts breads etc. Very friendly service and a quiet secure location. Just what we want for an overnight stop
