The house is sanitized of all pet hair & dander after a pet stays, therefore we charge a reasonable pet cleaning fee of $20/night. We have a maximum of 3 trained pets per stay. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the house unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for UNANNOUNCED or UNAPPROVED animals of $50/night.* WAFFLE BREAKFAST - We provide some fun "make-it-yourself" breakfast choices including a WAFFLE STATION with all the fixings and a double-sided waffle maker so you can make 2 large waffles at the same time! On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get any complaints about noise.
