Nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée, le repas était juste succulent, copieux et la présentation parfaite, des saveurs inconnues qui étaient juste incroyable. Un 10/10 pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, là aussi magnifiquement présenté avec une très belle qualité Merci à vous l’équipe toute confondu, de l’accueil, voiturier, service , cuisine……

Un endroit rempli de tranquillité et de gentillesse. Le Vallon de Valrugues et Spa ***** à saint Remy de Provence. Un vrai bel établissement où le personnel est à votre écoute, le restaurant avec sa terrasse face à la magnifique piscine et son parc offre une carte maitrisée par son chef et sa brigade. Mention particulière pour le responsable de la salle, qui a toutes les bonnes adresses pour nous conseiller tout au long du séjour. A faire et refaire sans modération. TOP

Wir wollten eigentlich eine Villa buchen für unseren Kurzaufenthalt aber diese sind immer schnell ausgebucht. So hatten wir 1 x Junior Suite und 2 x ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer bräuchten sicherlich wieder einmal eine sanfte Renovation, was jedoch nicht weiter schlimm war bzw. negativ ins Gewicht fiel. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr zuvorkommend und äusserst aufmerksam. Der kostenlose Transfer ins Dorf, nutzten wir rege und fanden wir wertvoll. Ein Anruf genügte jeweils und man holte uns auch wieder zügig ab. Die Hotelanlage mit dem Garten ist traumhaft schön! Der Aussenpool konnten wir leider wegen dem starken Wind nicht nutzen. Auch kulinarisch lässt dieses Hotel keine Wünsche offen und entsprechend sind auch das Frühstücksbüffet und Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig der Wellnessbereich muss dringend renoviert werden. Dieser ist definitiv nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und werden dieses Hotel nächstes Jahr wieder buchen. Besten Dank für den perfekten Aufenthalt, welchen wir im Le Vallon de Valrugues & Spa erleben durften.

Encore un merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement. La suite (Rosemary) que nous avons eu la chance de découvrir est exceptionnelle: on y entre par le magnifique jardin, elle est tres spacieuse et comporte une belle terrasse avec jacuzzi pour se relaxer en soirée. Un grand merci au personnel qui est toujours aussi souriant, accueillant et chaleureux. Toujours un pincement au cœur en repartant!

Un peu déçu de notre chambre malgré notre surclassement … la chambre un peu vieillotte et je trouve que la structure est pas forcément à la hauteur d’un 5* … Même le spa vieillissant. Mais le resto gastro très très bien ! Le petit dej très complet super aussi.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel- we booked Villa Leoni as a getaway for my mom’s milestone birthday. It was spacious and well-kept. Their bed was nice and plush, had great sleep after a long day of going to different places. We had the most attentive private butler, Quentin, and he made our 4 day stay such a breeze. On our second day, we were out on a whole day tour of Provence- when we returned, we noticed a gift box on our kitchen counter- on the note, they apologized knocking over my sister’s travel-sized perfume while cleaning and replaced it with a full-sized bottle of the same perfume. To be honest, we really would have been fine without the replacement as we know accidents happen- but the gesture was certainly appreciated and wanted to express our gratitude for trying to make things right. Excellent customer service surely makes this property stand out. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good! They always had a wonderful breakfast spread- we tried room service one morning and did the buffet the following day, and both times were splendid. We loved how a shuttle was available to take us to town, as well as to and from the hotel when we used their sauna and steam room late in the evening. The property is beautiful and serene- perfect place to detach and unwind. We would definitely return to Le Vallon de Valrugues in the future. Thank you for the most pleasant stay!

Séjour très reposant et très belle établissement. Le personnel est au petit soin et très accueillant. Je recommande vivement. Parc tres agréable et le spa est au top. Piscine intérieure chauffée avec bassin de nage à contre courant très appréciable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour . Des notre arrivee, la reception tres acceuillante, le service impeccable . Une magnifique chambre , la vue donnant sur le jardin et piscine . Un oasis de calme . Nous avons dinne au restaurant pour l’ anniversaire de mon mari, un delice en gastronomie , avec un service exceptionel. Nous nesiterons pas a revenir. Merci a tous !

Aux premiers abords l’hôtel est charmant, un havre de paix au cœur de Saint Rémy.
La chambre est spacieuse et semble confortable. Le service est également à la hauteur. Le spa est correcte.
Pour les points négatifs, l’hôtel commence à se faire vieux, la cuisine du bistrot correcte mais sans plus. Le petit déjeuner est digne d’un hôtel ibis.
