accueil froid. Pas commerçant du tout .. l impression d économie sur l électricité . Pas de lumière .. pas de service bar.. très froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner . annonce du tarif sur le site et demande paiement en supplément .. quel dommage pour un site aussi sympas. Le serveur du petit déjeuner à relevé un peu le niveau de l accueil. ambiance froide !! Voir même glacée

Ee were still on the road to the hotel and were welcomed and told the hotel would close at 20.00. We were welcomed at 19.00 and the lady showed us the room. Hotel had large.parking and a secured gate after 20.00. Room was very nice with a mini fridge. We booked with breakfast, which was excellent. Very friendly man making sure the guest had all they needed. Were offered scrambled eggs. Unfortunately it was too windy and cold to take advantage of the nice pool. Will book again when visiting the area.

soggiornato 5 giorni con altra coppia di amici in questa struttura tipicamente provenzale appena fuori il paese. situata in posizione strategica per visitare la Provenza, la struttura offre camere abbastanza ampie letto comodissimo ad eccezione dei cuscini, bagno impeccabile con saponi di una fragranza tipica provenzale. La piscina e il giardino forse sono il punto di eccellenza della struttura, comunque il tutto in una atmosfera molto easy, ti potevi permettere di consumare ciò che compravi all esterno nel bellissimo giardino o sotto gli ulivi in piscina. Ci tornerei.

A very good 3 star, clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast is delicious and varied every day. Our morning host is very welcoming and thoughtful with each guest. The SPA is pleasant to relax, its access to 20€ / hour and per person seems a bit excessive to me but it is the price to pay to privatize it. A large swimming pool to relax and lie on the deckchairs in the shade of the olive trees and here too cleanliness is essential.

We had a very pleasant stay (too short unfortunately, one week). The place is magnificent, just 10 minutes walk from the center of St Rémy. The rooms (with independent entrance) are nicely decorated, very comfortable, very well equipped and well soundproofed. Impeccable hygiene. Kudos to the room cleaning staff. All the staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. The garden is superb, full of olive trees and bougainvillea. Large and beautiful swimming pool. Large, secure and free parking. A medium-sized hotel (around twenty rooms) which was important for us, we don't like large structures. We will come back !

We found an insect crawling on our bed. So, naturally, we were concerned and presented the pictures and video to the front desk. After calling her manager, they offered to reimburse our stay and allow us to check out of the hotel, which we did. They gave us an email address at another hotel and instructed us to email our banking info for a refund. We did. However, after the day passed I suspected something was not right since there was no refund confirmation. I reached out to them again. An employee responded that they had nothing to do with Hotel Glanum. I reached out to *********** for help. I also sent another email addressed specifically to the manager. Hotel Glanum proceeded to lie to *********** about what had transpired, saying it was a spider and that our room had been upgraded after the incident as a gesture of goodwill. There was never a mention of an upgrade. And our pictures clear show that it was definitely not a spider. They refuse to refund our stay as was promised.
