Hôtel magnifique dans un environnement exceptionnel. Seul bémol, je suis resté du 27 au 28 avril, et toutes les prestations bars et restaurants intérieurs et extérieurs n'ouvraient que le 1er Mai. Malgré tout un accueil splendide du desk au voiturier (un peu guide et bagagiste). Le petit mot de bienvenue dans la chambre spacieuse avec son patio ouvert sur le parc... Vue magnifique sur les arbres, les bassins, la piscine..... Le temps n'était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous pour profiter de tout cela, mais le personnel attentif et d'une extrême gentillesse a su pallier à cette morosité météorologique et à cette venue précoce d'avant 1er Mai. Un havre de paix dans Saint-Rémy de Provence où la voiture n'est plus nécessaire pour accéder au centre ville avec ses restaurants, commerces, mairie, monuments et même la salle pour ma soirée du samedi soir. Merci encore pour cet accueil et cette bienveillance.

This Hotel benefits from an exceptional location with a park and a swimming pool inviting you to relax. But for the rooms there is an urgent need to refresh them for a 4*.

Perfect location unfortunately an aging hotel which does not meet the criteria of a 4 **** elevator in poor condition, large shutters on the terraces whose slats are on the verge of falling!! In our room on the side a small single-glazed window overlooking the entrance to the car park, therefore extremely noisy!! It's a shame because the rooms are spacious and with a nice renovation it would change everything. The price asked must be related to the services and this is not the case. The breakfast on the other hand is quite correct.

Both the pre- visit and actual visit efficiency, hospitality and warmth of the front desk staff was outstanding. The room was a “10” with the beautiful tree house and view. William anticipated every conceivable need and will undoubtedly be a head concierge should he continue in the hospitality profession. Each of the front desk people was helpful with our dinner arrangements prior to our arrival. We will most certainly return to this establishment. Miriam & Jud Ebersman

Hotel very well located in the city center, very large suite with a beautiful view of the mountain, swimming pool and garden. We preferred to eat outside. the breakfast is quite complete. Pleasant unheated swimming pool.
