Hampton Inn St. Robert/Ft. Leonard Wood

Was overall pleased with staff! Super sweet and professional.

Amazing staff and clean! Christie, the pm front desk person, was so incredibly kind and helpful! Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean and conveniently located! The gym was small but clean and had a Peloton bike. The hotel was quiet and had great areas to sit.

The area around just need some more work in making the area look a little nicer. This aren’t has definitely changed in 15 years since we were here. Growing up and starting look better.

Very nice staff, super clean, nice clean rooms good choice of breakfast. My absolute only complaint is that the maids did not clean our room at all after our first night nor was our beds made or new towels added. I had to go request towels myself. Everything else was perfect.

Lets start with Liz and Christy. Liz was all things upon arrival, doing the trash and greeting us with a smile. Doing what it takes, Liz was awesome and led the charge on day 1. By day 3 we got to know Christy as well as she was a delight. Greeted us with smile and available to help with dinner Rec or extra key. The staff here is the BEST Hampton Inn staff I have ever met. Hands Down. This property has undergone a major renovation over the last two years. Rooms are the nicest Hampton Inn rooms I have seen, commom spaces as you might expect. while this update was needed, it made for a very comfortable 3 day stay.

No complaints! Everything was as expected for a Hampton. Well maintained and kept. Great for an overnight stay. Staff was VERY friendly. Every employee I passed in the hall greeted me. Wonderful job, that’s one of the best ways to keep a hotel great!

My family and I stayed at the Hampton last week while my SIT graduated BIT at Ft. Leonard Wood. The hotel was undergoing a partial remodel of the lobby but the hotel was clean, orderly and met our needs. The only impact to us was that the pantry was closed. Our room was room 222 which is directly above the lobby and driveway/canopy. This specific room was rather loud as we heard every diesel truck engine, every vehicle door slam, every loud conversation. I believe this is isolated to this room and the rooms on either side so I didn’t hold this against the property in my review. The room was clean. It was spacious enough for my family of 4 with our luggage. The 2 queen beds (our reservation did say our room would be 2 double beds so this was a welcome surprise) were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and appeared to have been partially remodeled too. The only downside to our room was the shower was a little slippery so be careful. The pool was closed for the winter but had turned green and had a film on top of the water. The weather was too cool to swim anyway but the appearance was disappointing. The breakfast has changed since C19 started a few years ago but was adequate. I do miss the old style complimentary breakfast. There was plenty of seating and coffee 24/7. The lobby had room to sit for several groups which was nice when we wanted to spend time with our SIT on family and graduation days. The staff was very friendly and always welcoming. Parking was adequate and access to the property was just off the interstate. My wife is very particular with hotels and she was happy here. I would stay here again and would recommend this property.
