Location is industrial area - dingy and overall not an area people would want to stay. Definitely not walkable to anything.

That particular room needs a lot of up keep. The shower is falling apart. The doors need replacing, there is light all around the door. The walls are very thin, we heard the whole conversation next door. There was not any shampoo, only conditioner.

Pros: The accommodations were clean. We got the location we wanted. The staff were very nice. Grateful always for the hot food breakfast. Cons: No lightbulbs in the bedside lamp. Instructions for securing the airport shuttle were not clear so we waited a good half hour and saw a shuttle for a different Comfort Inn come by twice. I had to call and it was another half hour before the van arrived. We reserved the return shuttle for the morning and that went just fine. Note: The staff seemed sad as though something was going on behind the scenes.

I had such a great experience at this comfort inn. Lovely room, very nice shuttle drivers and welcome at the desk when I arrived. It is Hotel picked by Southwest for unexpected delays. I was very comfortable and happy with my experience here.
