It’s the attention to detail that gets you noticed, but the lack of attention that gets noticed more. Three night stay in a “Nature” suite was pleasant enough but not exactly fabulous, unless maybe home is a city centre apartment somewhere. Patio garden overgrown, housekeeping distinctly lacking on amenity replenishment and, in keeping with many modern hotels today, motion sensor lighting that is more of a hinderance than a help. Overall staff were quite friendly but not exactly efficient, booking for a hairdresser took over an hour with no result. Two minutes on Google and a phone call later, done. Finally the restaurant. Unfortunately, my wife was ill for a few days (not due to the hotel I stress) so we did not get to try much, but the final dinner in the rather eclectic restaurant setting saw a single langoustine of shrimp proportions (at Euro 38) and duck that had to be returned as too tough to even cut. Overall very poor standard, which could also be said of breakfast. Standard motel fare I’m afraid. A shame, could be so much better.

Nous avons découvert ce lieu atypique en Provence. Un subtil mélange d’authenticité et d’art contemporain. Mais au-delà du cadre exceptionnel, c’est une toute une équipe soucieuse de la satisfaction de ses clients qui a systématiquement répondu positivement à nos attentes. Sans oublier la restauration qui a su combler les épicuriens que nous sommes. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors de nos prochains passages en Provence. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Tant de choses à dire … tout d’abord, je dois vous parler de l’ambiance générale et particulièrement de la bienveillance de toute l’équipe. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Beaucoup d’attentions, un personnel à l’écoute, un directeur réactif aux besoins exprimés. Un domaine magnifique et une décoration intérieure originale. Parlons maintenant du volet restauration. La nouvelle équipe est talentueuse. Une cuisine raffinée, travaillée, créative. Un chef qui apporte sa touche italienne à des mets de qualité. Une pâtissière incroyable. Du pain maison délicieux. L’équipe en salle est à nos petits soins. Cet hôtel et son restaurant sont à découvrir (ou re-découvrir).

5 nuits pour nous en suite nature dans ce lieu superbe ! La météo était fraiche en ce mois d'avril mai le domaine regorge de possibilités quelle que soit la météo. La qualité des suites nature, le parc immense avec son platane centenaire et sa terrasse perchée, les bassins, le potager, les oliviers, les vignes... tout est remarquable et soigneusement entretenu. Nous avons apprécié particulièrement le service et le restaurant La loggia seul ouvert à cette période.

We had a wonderful experience at les Andeols. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The domaine is huge and it was so much fun to explore the property. Although, we’re a little bummed we didn’t get to take a dip at the pool because it wasn’t heated. Thank you for a great stay.

Une cuisine à l'opposé de ce que les plantations promettaient . Le propriétaire ferait mieux d'être pépiniériste que Hôtelier restaurateur. J'y ai envoyé des connaissances qui m'en ont un peu voulu .... à fuir .

Le manque de clientèle fait tirer la qualité vers le bas . Cet établissement est très souvent en redressement et a changé de trop nombreuses fois de cuisiniers .. Tout ça fait des Andéols un endroit à éviter si vous voulez de la qualité vraie .
