Not bad for a first class. However we had a rough bed, not terrible for a week of stay. We would also like to have a small armchair to get the business. For a week, our business was literally on the ground. Then we found that a large number of trucks were staying on the hotel's parking in my night even when the drivers did not take a hotel room. ... the room was fresh even during the canicule, it was very nice.

One of my more exciting stays whilst on a trip overseas, was at this premier class hotel. I should have realised that Premier class was the brand, and not a reflection to the hotel, which is very much third-class. The entire building requires significant renovation, which should be inclusive of a very deep clean of all the gunge. I truly believe we were lucky to arrive when reception was open. Later that evening I witnessed a man trying to check-in, with no receptionist available, and the external terminal for booking in not working. The Front of house staff were incredibly friendly, and it was a delight to check-in. From this element of the service was perfect. The room was incredibly small, probably made smaller by having two beds in the room as opposed to one. The bathroom was a cramped tardis – but in reverse – it was tiny inside. On a plus it was possible to wash your feet while sitting on the toilet. There isn’t sufficient soap available, and just a hand dispenser which I presume was shower gel. The temperature of the water was fine, as was the pressure from the shower. This hotel sits on the flight path to an international airport, so if you are a plane enthusiast you’ll be delighted to note every three or four minutes a different aircraft to fly overhead en route to its landing point. Breakfast in the morning was slightly disappointing. Bread, butter, jam and yoghurt. Orange juice and coffee. The addition of some meats, pâté, cheeses, would have made this the more continental breakfast one would have expected. This hotel is definitely on the lower end of the budget spectrum, and that’s absolutely fine, you totally get what you pay for. I rated this hotel higher than perhaps I would’ve normally on account of the staff who were very accommodating.

For a professional trip of 5 nights (from 30/10 to 04/11), I booked two rooms on 23/10 at 18:30 by phone, the announced price was for two rooms at 412€50, finding this very interesting price I passed a call at 19:00 to confirm The conditions that the person confirmed me well. My stay once finished I pass to the host the person tells me that she doesn't find the second room in her software and that she must look for more. She tells me the double in charge, explaining the situation she tells me that a trainee has already made this mistake and she would come with to not make this mistake again but she will still debit my account for the double of the announced price. I find it unhellable, because if I had been announced this price from the beginning, I might not have booked especially that other hotels are in the sector with better services. With regard to the rooms it is not exceptional, with a real defect of isolation, one of the rooms had even a heating problem ... Shortly very disappointed of this stay and treatment.

The hotel is on the more central street in Nantes. There is an underground garage in the store. It's about 15 euros a day. It's very convenient or quite good. The Nantes Castle Museum is within a 5-minute walk. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning and two free drinks in the evening. 0.0 is considered a modern hotel in that circle. Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)
