Convenient, Ultra Clean, Very Friendly and accommodating staff! We had the "Pet Suite" and it had zero "Pet Smell". Ultra clean and very nice!! Perfection!

Not notified golf, tennis and gym were all closed. Stayed here for the amenities and nothing was available. Front desk/manager could care less.

We stayed at Sea Palms for the very first time in May. Check-in was easy and while our keys didn't work the first time the staff resolved it quickly and no more issues after that. We had a very nice basic room with two queen beds overlooking the golf course (no balcony/porch). We were there for a wedding and knew we wouldn't be in our room very much so didn't upgrade. If I ever return I'd love a room overlooking the marsh with a porch as the marsh was beautiful. While a basic room, it was much larger than a normal hotel room so we had ample space and the kitchenette was nice to have even though there were no paper products or silverware (even plastic) available. If you bring in snacks or drinks bring utensils/cups/paper products if needed. Paper towels would've been helpful. Room was clean, beds were super comfy and there was a great shower with strong water pressure. Did not have any issues with noise from other guests. Food served at the wedding festivities was good and staff very attentive and accommodating.

The entire experience was absolutely exceptional, from the room, to the staff, to the restaurant. They have a huge parking lot for every building including the front office. Someone greeted me as soon as I walked in, they got me checked in and showed me on a map where my room was. I even asked for some help with my bags from a guy outside and he helped me bring them to my room! The room was VERY clean and VERY spacious. The balcony was screened in so I could sit out there without the bugs eating me alive. They give you a little discount ticket to use at the restaurant they have downstairs, I decided to sit in the outside area and the service was really great! The food was fast to come out and the server is actually a friend of mine now. I will be returning again!

I would have given this place a higher rating but on the last day if our stay someone tried to get into my room multiple times. Thank goodness I had the emergency latch on. Called the front desk and the were apologetic. I specifically inquired if I need to come get new keys or not. The front desk assured me my keys were good. Returned from the event I was there for and my keys did not work. I would never stay there again. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. This treatment called for way, way more than an apology.
