L’hôtel est correctement tenu dans l’ensemble. La chambre est propre. Le personnel est professionnel et malgré leur effort n’est pas assez nombreux pour gérer l’hôtel et le restaurant en même temps lors de forte affluence. Pour le rapport qualité/prix, le prix est un peu excessif au vu des services et lieux de villégiatures comparables. Pas de facilité de parking. Le petit déjeuner est bien. La carte du restaurant est assez succinct au vu du coût de la demi-pension. Hormis ce problème de coût, l’hôtel est correct.

Attention personal not present at night so no security if something happens like the restaurant is closed so no one available that's the answer. I find this unacceptable he should have at least one agent, otherwise nice room, decent breakfast. On the other hand, for the TV the sound is limited to 40 so it's impossible to really listen too low.

The a**osphere of the hotel is very pleasant, the room (privilege) quite correct even if the layout and decoration could be improved. The staff is very welcoming and very professional. Complete and good quality breakfast. The hotel enjoys a perfect location for visiting the old town and is therefore located a little behind the center. We are still a little unsatisfied with our 2-night family stay in the hotel. The welcome is courteous but no sharing of information: no explanation for parking (a reduction is possible), no information on breakfast times or closing times of the main door, nothing on wifi , nor a small map of the city to help you find your way. We managed but that's one of the little extras of hotels... We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. We were not able to be together: each on a different floor :/ Note that there is no elevator. However, the hotel is clean and well located.

Our stay went very well, we only stayed one night but the room was very comfortable and cozy. The hotel is ideally located in Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme, a stone's throw from the Quai Jeanne d'Arc and the medieval city, allowing you to take advantage of the changing tides. We are also happy with our meal at the hotel restaurant, the guinea fowl supreme with cider reduction sauce and its potato gratin was delicious. We will come back with pleasure.
