Horrible, un petit déjeuner très restreint avec des fautes de compréhension entre accueil et personnel de cuisine, l’accueil qui annonce le petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h30 et le personnel qui affirme finir à 10h, le personnel qui dépose les verres propres avec les doigts à l’intérieur, le rangement pour les verres , très sal, la salle de sport fermer même après demande au près de l’accueil, la réceptionniste absolument pas compréhensive, après demande d’une simple facture 3 fois aucune réponse puis à notre départ ils annoncent qu’ils nous l’enverrons par mail mais rien. Un séjour vraiment désagréable, je n’ai jamais vu une tel chose, cet hôtel ne mérite aucunement les 4 étoiles. Même un hôtel à Milan 1 étoile avec un petit déjeuner coûtant 5€ pour les adultes 2,50€ pour les enfants et rien pour la petite de 4 ans était bien meilleur !!! De plus la fille de 4 ans a payée 8€, le lendemain elle s’est réveiller complètement malade, elle n’a pas bougé de son lit, donc n’a rien mangé, mais le personnel nous a dit de faire une démarche très compliqué pour le remboursement au lieu de nous rembourser sur le champ.
