Really bad management of the dinning room. They had reserved for all meals for groups leaving other clients to run around town to find food. It should be first comes first like another restaurent. When you fo to such a place to cocoon with your partner, it defeats the purpose. I will not return and not recommend to friends for that reason.

Nice setting, all the views are picturesque. The hotel is in need or renovations. Fairly expensive for what you yhey these days, looks like it used to be quite nice but has fallen behind on maintenance.

La chambre était généralement propre à part un des tiroirs et la machine à café qui d'ailleurs ne fonctionnait pas. Les employés à la réception étaient très courtois, serviables et sympathiques. Le restaurant était bon malgré le manque de choix au souper. Les employés au Spa Relaxia étaient compétents et à l'écoute. L'hôtel suggère plusieurs activités (golf, piscine ext.et intérieur, tennis, spa, salle d'exercices, restaurant et bar). Vous devez avoir une voiture pour aller en ville.

Un cadre magnifique . Personnel aimable . Chambre spatieuse et calme. Points négatifs : une chaleur extrême dans la chambre, on a dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en octobre … le sauna ainsi que le spa et les installations de piscine sont un peu vieilles . La femme de ménage n’a pas fait le lit en faisant le ménage de notre chambre … quelques déceptions pour un hôtel 4 étoiles .

Very nice, beautiful spot. Employees very nice. Could use a bit of reno in room we stayed....but we were only there to sleep, and the bed was all good.

Un séjour magnifique en famille. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le bain tourbillon, ainsi que la vue magnifique sur Saint-Sauveur. Très bon petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hotel et accueil chaleureux.
