Such great customer service! Especially Gwal. Due to our language barrier we had some issues booking travel accommodations to get to this hotel from another island and she and a gentleman (forgot his name sadly) were so helpful and nonjudgmental with my horrible to almost zero French I could speak! She helped us with ferries, car rental, massages and taxi! The daytime bartender was also our favorite. The grounds are beautiful and the massages were amazing, especially Sabrina! Everyone was so nice and a lovely and made our last few nights on the island memorable!

Hôtel identique au descriptif annoncé cadre calme et reposant et atypique Chambres spacieuses et propres Accueil et service impeccable que ce soit au bar avec Jeremy en salle avec Luzmariana et par le maître d’hôtel Anthony Le choix au petit déjeuner ainsi que les suggestions gastronomiques du soir étaient tout simplement excellents

Depuis notre arrivée, en passant par le bar, le restaurant, les massages et la chambre !!! Notre week-end a été irréprochable !!! Votre équipe est parfaite !!! A l’écoute, au petits soins… tout était excellent du cocktail detox au plat , du désert au café, le tout avec délicatesse et discrétion!
