La dame qui était d’astreinte vraiment pas aimable, elle est venue nous ouvrir la porte car fermer à clef à minuit impossible d’ouvrir nous étions dehors mon mari l’appel elle raccroche au nez mais viens nous ouvrir au bout de 10mn d’attente hyper désagréable elle devait sortir de son lit…. Le matin au petit dej surprise c’est la meme dame alors la le pompom elle s’emprend a mon mari qui lui pose une question et se sent agressé elle répond le client n’est pas roi vous êtes agressif bref l’agresseur agressé un scandale !!! Nous etions avec des enfants en bas âges il y avait une autre famille dans notre situation bien dommage cela nous a gâcher notre sejour ! Pas assez de serviettes dans la chambre une cata.

Stay clear of this hotel. In the middle of nowhere, only thing nearby is what is apparently a swingers/sex club, didn’t feel very safe at all.
No cold water, only boiling hot water out the taps morning and night, having to brush your teeth with that and unable to shower as temperature of water too hot even on ‘coldest’ setting. We were booked for 3 nights and left after the first night. No reception staff, everything is codes. It was 2star clean but really everything else was well below par, more of a hostel feel.

No running water at property, only found out when we arrived. Water pipe had burst & they turned it on for 30 mins in morning & night. When turned on shower was only scolding hot

This was possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed wasn’t made when I got there and the mattress was covered with hairs.
When I cleared the bed afterwards to take photos I saw clear evidence of bed bugs. There was smudges of blood in the mattress cover and a dead bug. I had also been bitten (not mosquitoes as I was covered by a sheet).
There was also no water at the hotel due to a burst pipe. There were two half hour windows to have a shower and do all washing. Only had one flush on the toilet outside these times also.
I complained to the reception but didn’t get anywhere. I am currently following this up with *******.

Arrivé en pleine après-midi. Eu besoin de passer par la borne. Quand nous sommes arrivés je me suis demandé si le ménage avait été fait : toile d'araignée au niveau de la fenêtre et plein de peluche et poussière au sol. Pas de placard ou d'étagère pour mettre nos affaires. Très mauvaise première impression... Et plafond cassé. Gros trou au fond de la porte...

Nice hotel and quiet location. The receptionist who was present on Thursday April 6 at the end of the afternoon is remarkably kind and very professional, she is very available which is pleasant.
I recommend this place and if necessary I would come back.
