Mon séjour à l'hôtel Les Grenettes sur l'île de Ré pour le week-end de Pâques a été tout simplement parfait ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueillie par le personnel attentif et souriant, qui a immédiatement mis en place une atmosphère accueillante et conviviale. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, niché dans un cadre pittoresque entre les dunes et la mer. Chaque soir, je suis allée à pieds sur la plage, me ressourcer au son apaisant des vagues et j'ai pu profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La chambre était d'un confort absolu, joliment décorée dans un style moderne et élégant. La literie était d'une qualité exceptionnelle, garantissant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices après de longues journées à explorer l'île. La propreté était impeccable. J'avais même ma petite terrasse privée. Enfin, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service client dont j'ai bénéficié tout au long de mon séjour. Le personnel était toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins et m'aider à organiser mes excursions, offrant des recommandations personnalisées pour découvrir les meilleurs endroits de l'île. J'ai pu visité Ars, La Flotte, St Martin .. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Je suis déjà impatiente de revenir pour profiter à nouveau de ce petit coin de paradis !

Le personnel de l’accueil est très agréable, attentionné, chaleureux et très professionnel. Chambre ‘Confort Patio’ très spacieuse avec une grande terrasse. Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet sont corrects. Un très bon séjour malgré le mauvais temps ! Nous reviendrons avec nos enfants.

Chambre prestige avec vue sur les travaux avec pelleteuse et marteau piqueur (non prévenus avant d’arriver). Impossible de joindre l’hôtel avant notre arrivée. Une seule petite cuillère dans le coin cuisine à notre arrivée et coffre non fonctionnel. Les pieds du canapé sont partis lorsque nous étions tranquillement assis dessus à deux personnes. Pas d’eau chaude pendant pratiquement tout le séjour, malgré nos réclamations. Ménages pas toujours faits, obligés de réclamer. Obligés de quémander du papier toilette, car non remis. Porte de la chambre des enfants difficile à ouvrir car se coince au sol. Plafond dans la chambre des enfants suspect : ancien dégâts des eaux ? Évier à moitié bouché dans la salle de bain. Accès direct à la plage condamné pour travaux. Impossible à l’accueil de nous éditer une facture pour le séjour.

Our hotel room was large clean and very comfortable, the shower was very good though the water overspilled the tray. We had issues with toilet cistern not refilling which was dealt with promptly. The room also had a private terrace. The air con was definitely needed as it was very hot during our stay. The staff were very helpful.
We ate at the restaurant once - the meal was not great. The duck was overcooked and dry. There was a ‘2 day conference’ held at the hotel the kitchen was not able to cope with their demands and the guests simultaneously. We did not have breakfasts.
The pool area was spacious with separate pools for kids, there wouldn’t have been enough loungers in high season.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est super accueillant et aux P’tits soin. Rien à redire.👍
En revanche, il faut absolument revoir le personnel du service restauration gastronomique qui laisse à désirer…

Accueil bien sympa et avec le sourire. La chambre " Patio" est spacieuse, la déco est simple , elle est propre et dotée de la clim . Très bon petit déjeuner bien fourni et le premier jour ... seulement le premier jour , jus d'oranges frais ; ensuite c'était du granini .... dommage. La piscine manque vraiment d'entretien......du sable un peu partout et en principe les lignes de flottaison se nettoient ! Plus d'animation le soir ( les clients de l'hôtel pouvaient en profiter ) .....ça sent vraiment la fin de saison .....c'est triste et pas normal pour les ( nombreux clients) du mois de Septembre en sachant que l'établissement ferme fin Octobre ! Pour le " restaurant" .... vraiment un grand moment......voir mon avis. Bref : dommage ! 1664mulhouse .

La chambre et la terrasse sont spacieuses. Ménage fait tous les jours. Un cadre agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut sur place, épicerie, piscine, restau, snack, plage à proximité... La réactivité et l'attention du personnel envers les clients mériterait cependant une amélioration. Il pourrait aussi y avoir quelques ajustements sur les services fournis pour le prix que cela coûte. Mais je recommande cet hôtel.
