Perfect experience! Ideal location to explore all the tourist sites on foot. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The room is spacious.

We stayed two nights at this charming hotel, very well located in the town half (Roman Amphithéâtre side). Our room was a bit small but nicely fitted and quiet. The hotel has a charming breakfast area, with good selection of fresh French food.

Super accueil ! Un personnel toujours souriant et bienveillant. Les chambres sont confortables et propre ! L'hôtel est calme et le petit déjeuner royal. Nous recomendons fortement cette hôtel et nous reviendrons certainement !!

Used this hotel as a stop off enroute from Spain to Brittany, . The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the river and very easy to find and sign posted. Significant work has been undertaken to turn this venue into a hotel. The hotel is excellently maintained, stylishly decorated and the rooms were spacious, extremely clean, with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a slight disappoin**ent, only a continental breakfast is offered. Secure parking was a real bonus. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the very pretty town of Saintes. Will certainly stay here again when travelling through France.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city in a pedestrian area, and the rooms are very calm and quiet. They offer private parking but there is also public parking within walking distance. The riverside and the city park are 2/7 minutes away, respectively. Saintes was a lovely find, and this hotal a gem within it.

Mon séjour à l’Hôtel Les Messageries à Saintes a été une expérience des plus agréables. Cet établissement est vraiment magnifique, avec un charme authentique et un personnel des plus charmants. Situé idéalement dans la ville de Saintes, j’ai pu profiter pleinement de tout ce que la région avait à offrir. Le personnel de l’hôtel était exceptionnellement accueillant et serviable, rendant mon séjour encore plus mémorable. Leur attention aux détails et leur volonté de rendre mon séjour confortable ont été très appréciées. Cependant, je pense qu’il serait intéressant de revoir l’utilisation du parking. Bien que le parking soit disponible, sa gestion pourrait être améliorée. Par exemple, l’installation d’un système d’entrée par code permettrait plus de liberté dans la gestion des entrées et des sorties dans le parking. Cela offrirait une plus grande commodité aux clients et éviterait toute complication liée au stationnement. En résumé, mon séjour à l’Hôtel Les Messageries à Saintes a été une expérience formidable.
