We love the Camargue. This is a great hotel to discover the region. It is a beautiful property. You can visit the nearby chateau or Arles. There are so many great places to discover from the hotel; it is the perfect base. The new owner has done serious upgrades and a great hotel will only get better with the love and attention to detail that the hotel offers and guests expect.

This place is sat back from the road on one of the key roads into the town- we approached it from the town side as the town was packed (it was a lovely Sunday) and missed the turn first time around. We sat at an outside table (with umbrella) and enjoyed our meal. Service was friendly and efficient. I wish we had been given a French menu as the English translation didn't quite reflect reality for all the dishes.

Luxe, calme et volupté.. En lieu ideal pour se resourcer et passer un moment en amoureux. La cabane isolée sur le petit îlot face aux chevaux est idéale (numéro 319). Prévoir quand même de l'anti moustique mais quand on va en camargue c'est partout pareil

Environnement superbe, les petites maisons camarguaise pour chambre d'hôtel, on tombe forcément sous le charme. Le soir le jeu de lumière est superbe, chaque chambre à une petite terrasse aménagée avec banc et table

nous somme très déçu car les tarifs ne vont pas avec les prestations surtout niveau restauration qui est une catastrophe . LE petit déjeuner très bien mais surtout aller manger ailleurs . le cadre est très bien

Anzi due, importanti, nella cassaforte. Ho realizzato appena scesa dall’aereo, ho chiamato l’albergo, hanno aperto la cassaforte e hanno confermato di aver trovato entrambi gli anelli. Ho chiesto che me li spedissero . Mi hanno fatto spendere CENTO EURO per la spedizione a Roma di due anelli. Cento euro che ho speso volentieri , convinta trattarsi di spedizione assicurata. Insomma è arrivato un anello solo. Io non ero in casa quando è stato consegnato quindi non ho potuto prendermela con nessuno. Per il resto: albergo molto approssimativo, cena al ristorante vorrei ma non posso . In realtà ci sono stata ad agosto del 2019 ma mi ero dimenticata dì inviare la recensione .

Tout le complex, les cabanes ainsi que l‘écurie sont très bien maintenus. Le personnel est chaleureux et attentif. Le petit-déjeuner propose un choix assez grand. La vue sur l‘étang était magnifique et la ballade VIP en cheval très jolie (Onyx s’adapte vite et a un bon pas ). Les chevaux sont bien tenus, Charlotte et son équipe font un bon travail!

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war geräumig und da im hinteren Bereich der Anlage auch sehr ruhig. ABER einiges stimmt hier nicht, vor allem der Preis. Im sehr hohen Zimmerpreis ist kein Frühstück inkludiert, das was gegen den Aufpreis als Frühstück geboten wird ist eher enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und während in anderen 4* Häusern Wasser am Zimmer inzwischen selbstverständlich ist, kostet die 0,5l Flasche hier €4,50 (!). Die völlig übertriebenen Preise setzen sich bei den Getränken fort, die am Pool auch nur dann serviert werden, wenn man zuvor ins Bargebäude geht, um sie zu bestellen. Also kein Pool Service. Der Pool sehr schön und sauber. Es gibt zwei davon. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich, Herzlichkeit und Interesse am Gast fehlen. Was hier einfach überhaupt nicht stimmt ist Preis-Leistung. Schade.
