Después de Sofía, Plovdiv y Veliko Tarnovo sin ningún problema llegamos a Varna y tuvimos una desagradable sorpresa. El maleducado recepcionista nos explicó que nuestra reserva era una habitación para tres personas, pero que eso no significaba que la habitación tuviera que tener tres camas (supongo que en su casa duermen en el suelo), y que si queríamos tener una habitación con tres camas teniamos que pagar 40 euros adicionales y que si no estabamos de acuerdo nos podíamos ir y reclamar el dinero que habíamos pagado a ******* (la reserva era no reembolsable). Después de esto (no había más remedio que pagar), nos tuvieron cerca de una hora esperando (eran las 6 de la tarde) para preparar la habitación de tres camas. El hotel es muy normal, la piscina es ridícula (un pequeño charco inutilizable) y la ubicación es muy mala, lejos de todo y sin ningún tipo de transporte público. SITIO A EVITAR

Such a wonderful place, with fantastic staff and superb facilities which really entitle guests to switch off and Relax. Having stayed at this first class Hotel on numerous occasions, with and without the family, I can only say this is probably one of the finest hotels I’ve stayed at. The immaculate Amfora provides everything you would need and expect to make your holiday perfect. It meets and exceeds in every area, whether your looking at a vacation or business trip I feel you would not be disappointed.

Amazing place whit very nice stuff. Great location: very close to the beach and quietly calm and the same time just 6-7 min drive to Varna centre. Apartment with sea view and delicious breakfast. For shure we come back again!

The Amfora Hotel is an exceptionally friendly family run hotel. It is very clean, comfortable and close to the beach and all other attractions, including the city of Varna. Whether you are there for a day, week or longer the friendly staff are always willing to help you to make your stay a memorable one. I have stayed there several times and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Nice small family hotel.
Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing.
On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so.

Ich frage mich, mit welcher Begründung man hier weniger als fünf Sterne geben kann? Sehr freundliches Personal, auch wenn man etwas später anreisen möchte, Sehr ruhige Lage, Zimmer sauber und freundlich, Frühstück mit sehr guter Wurst und Käseauswahl, alles lecker. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und WLAN überall!
