The hotel is quite new and very clean. It's close to the station, making transportation very convenient. A friend on the 9th floor mentioned that the bathroom floor was a bit sloped, and they weren't sure why. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't have its own parking. Overnight parking at the neighboring mall's underground lot costs over 5000 JPY, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're driving.

Excellent location connected to the Saitama-SHINTOSHIN train station. Room is very clean, great amenities, and bathroom was great. The room was a bit small, but perfectly suitable for solo travelers. Coin wash was convenient, and there’s multiple to help prevent waiting.

It is located near the train station, very convenient to travel. It takes 23 minutes to get to Ueno Station. It is clean, the food is delicious, and it is located near the mall. There are many places to eat nearby. The food is delicious and the price is cheaper than in Tokyo.
