Very comfortable top floor apartment with amazing view of the beach. Less than 100m to the sea. Francesco, the owner, is very friendly and happy to arrange excursions, bird watching tours etc. He was also full of useful advice on the best restaurants, opening times etc. I injured my shoulder while on holiday and Francesco arranged a doctors visit and drove me to the physiotherapist himself. The staff were equally friendly and helpful (and concerned for my health) I cannot recommend Ca Nicola highly enough, and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Ca' Nicola for a week and had a lovely time. Large, clean rooms. Everything was in working order and if we needed anything our host, Francesco, was at hand to help us out. It is situated close to the beach as well as the center of the town. Many excellent restaurants close by and also food stores.

We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. The owners are lovely and give a lot of tips for e.g. where to go for dinner, spots to visit and tours to book. The rooms are clean and really big. There is a kitchen and a table if someone wants to cook and eat for themselves (would be a pitty because of the nice restaurants nearby). The beach is just some minutes from the hotel and the view is beautiful. We highly recommend it!

Very comfortable and spacious apar**ents, magnificently located, near the center of Sal reí and on the beach, we had breakfast included, which was very comfortable and was quite correct, very friendly staff and always willing to help you have a comfortable stay and helping with everything necessary . Our apar**ent was on the first floor, it had a terrace, living room with all the utensils to cook, bedroom and bathroom. It didn't have air conditioning. Very clean, although a little more maintenance would be needed, the fan in the room made a quite annoying noise, the safe did not work and the shower handle came off, just small inconveniences
