I went to this place for lunch today which will become my point of reference on Lake Como. An elegant place where the natural lights and the view form an impeccable setting, very kind dining room staff attentive to every detail. Start with an amuse bouche that inebriates your senses for an impeccable tasting journey, especially in the arrangements proposed for a vegetarian request. Those flavors that tease the palate without ever going out of tune! In this place the star is not marked outside with a plaque but you can experience it anyway! My compliments from the welcome, with the kindness of Angela and all the staff! Super recommended!

I had dinner with my brother and it was a unique experience. Helpful, competent staff who make you feel at home. The 5-course menu they proposed to us definitely exceeded all expectations. I was so full that I couldn't taste the small pastry. I will definitely come back.

The accommodation left a lot to be desired Room could hear everything from outside, we had already checked in online in advance but even so we were forced to wait a while at reception for everything to be redone, it is worth noting that the room is 20 meters long including a wardrobe and bathroom! Very tight! Too dark!

Stunning views, rooms were great, staff all fantastic. Breakfast was great, describe as high end food. Restaurant was good in evening, however was quite pricey. Pool was cold which was a shame and I didn't use gym facilities due to circumstances. Nice walks to do from hotel and pier for ferry a few metres away.

We stayed just one night at the MUSA hotel but what a delight 😍. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lif**an to park the car and then by a young woman who was able to give us all the information relating to the hotel, our room, and the visits to be made nearby. She gave us a map and we were able to walk for over an hour to reach Villa Balbianello. Wonderful We had reserved the Marie room (a good size room with absolutely optimized space). The view is magnificent and the south-facing balcony is more than very pleasant. We benefited from a multitude of little touches (a sweet snack and a bottle of Prosecco) as a welcome but also as a departure (small chocolates and even a perfume as a gift 🎁) He had a little misunderstanding in the reservation of the spa schedule but even at this time everything is done to pamper the guest… I was lucky enough to benefit from a 30-minute massage. These “details” make the customer experience a real joy and it makes the difference because we feel welcomed. We will definitely return. A huge thank you for this experience

I went to this restaurant for Sunday brunch. I really liked it: wonderful location on the lake (with live lounge music), friendly service, good food and fair bill. I would return for dinner to enjoy the restaurant's cuisine!

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking and by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The view of the lake from the hotel is unbeatable. The hotel itself is absolute perfection with every small detail sought after. The staff make this hotel even more special. Every member friendly, smiley and accommodating. I booked a boat tour from the hotel and it was incredible and the process was very easy and smooth running, I wouldn’t want to book anywhere else. I proposed to my partner during my stay and the staff at MUSA did absolutely everything they could to make our stay as special as possible, I cannot thank them enough! Dining in the hotel is absolutely delicious and the GAIA bar makes the best cocktails. We cannot wait to return to MUSA - this place really is exceptional!

Absolutely perfect, from meeting us at the vehicle at arrival, during the check-in, and through the stay. They accommodate everything from personal needs to ferry. Views are spectacular and room is lovely... Just got here and can't wait to return again.. Well Done Musa!!

A new hotel, all white and marble with tasteful black furnishings, nomore than thirty feet from Lake Como, with fabulous views from your balcony, and the best restaurant in the region. And one problem: constant, unremitting techno music droning away sixteen hours a day from the bar, even when there are no guests. It’s an unrelenting thump in your ears. Amidst all this beauty, there is never a moment of silnce. A six star hotel with a three star problem. Oh, on sundays, there’s a DJ below your window to heighten your sense of tranquillity.
