We had the privilege of staying at the T House in Koh Lanta, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. With a group of 10, the warmth and generosity of the manager, Thip, truly made our vacation memorable. Thip, with her kind-hearted and accommodating nature, ensured our stay was comfortable and joyous. She went above and beyond by arranging our excursions at unbeatable rates, seamlessly coordinating shuttles for our arrival and departure from the island, and organizing scooters for us to explore Koh Lanta during our 20-day visit. The inclusion of breakfast with high-quality coffee was a thoughtful touch that added to the coziness of our mornings. The staff's graciousness and tender care left a lasting impression on us all. We are immensely grateful to Thip and the T House team for embracing us like family. Thank you, T, for your nurturing and considerate approach to every aspect of our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at Thip House. The manager, her name was Thip was an angel to deal with. We had a large group, and she was about as accomodating as humanly possible. She took care of us like we were family. She ordered our scooters, our transfers, booked our excursions, even picked up more booze for us when we were running low. Well run place, very clean, nice location, in town but a short scooter ride from all the noise. Perfect! And she is just soooo nice! Her staff were very nice, attentive, friendly. I love Koh Lanta and i would definitely stay at Thip House again. Thank you for everything, Thip, we will see you again one day i hope.

True what everyone says, Thip and her team truly care and there for you in anyway you need, we actually extended our stay whilst here. Location is excellent for exploring the island, 15min to salander, 15/20min to national park, 10min to old town (nicest road to drive). Rooms are spacious, minimist style, good air con, water pressure, hot water and WiFi Pool perfect for cooling down after day of exploring, loungers and deck chairs even a hammock available.

Thip and Ping review at lanta house Wow, what a beautiful place to stay with the most incredible staff and Thip herself is amazing. I stayed here after being in hospital, and was very well taken care of. The location is quiet and peaceful, the rooms/bungalows are well designed and a lovely. The on site restaurant/bar is so so handy to have, pool area stunning and the medical centre right next door just incase Is very reassuring. I would most definitely stay here again. Thier website says: "come as a guest, leave as a friend" - sums up the experience pretty well :) The place is well maintained and taken care of, from pool to bed Great bacon and scrambled eggs, and overall great for breakfast It's a 9-10 min walk to the beach and stores so for me a scooter or tuktuk are better means of transportation here Thip and the staff are really here to make your stay the best, it's great

Clean place, good cool pool, walk to beach in few minutes, it has 2 very laid back restaurants with food and massage, peace and quiet, best and incredibly helpful lady-manager of the reception - she books the best tours, drivers, restaurants for hotel guests.

Excellent hotel and fantastic owner. We would recommend it 100% to stay here. There is a nice pool area, too! We were in a special situation and the owner did her very best to help us. We will never forget that! They serve very good western and thai food. So you can go here to just have lunch.

Where do I start? Thip (the owner and manager) is an absolute angel! I can honestly say she is the nicest manager of a hotel I have ever met and bent over backwards to help me. Particularly as I was a solo female traveler. She helped organise day trips for me and airport transfers. She also organised for a friend to take me down to the beach and back every evening so I wasn't alone (walking would've been fine too, the area is very safe, but it was hugely apricated). I've always been a bit skeptical about how much difference nice staff make, but it really turned my stay there from being another hotel to feeling like home. The whole hotel and room was spotless and really comfortable, large too. The swimming pool was great. I absolutely loved the food in the restaurant too and would've happily eaten all my meals there. It's about a 7minute walk to lots of shops, restaurants and bars, and about a 10- 15minute walk to the beach, which has lots of restaurants and bars too. Koh Lanta in general is a bit trickier to get around as a solo traveler. You either hire a scooter or get taxis everywhere. But to be honest, Klong Khong beach has everything you need anyway, nice resturants, bars, shops, atmosphere. Very chilled out vibes without being boring. I'd love to return one day!
