We have not met kinder people than the Keereelay husband and wife team. Super friendly and helpful. Morning Thai breakfast was tastefully prepared and a great way to fuel the day. It was nice to stay at a place removed a bit from the bustle of town and the 200 baht daily rental of a moped which they offer puts the whole island within easy reach. We also enjoyed morning walks along nearby quiet roads and he took us for a small tour of his adjoining farm to share info about rubber production, his love of birds, etc. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were even pampered with honey and lime to make tea to help get over our colds. They were also great in arranging discounted snorkeling trips and a trip to the airport. Highly recommended!

We planned to stay a few days but ended up staying for a week. The cottages are small ish but very clean and the bed was very comfortable, which is probably the most important thing for me when I travel. A lovely little veranda outside (with electric plugs) , and on some days I put the fan there and did some work on my laptop. The beach is 5 minute walk with a few restaurants and cafés along the way. The owner and his friend Suzan are really laid back and helpful. We booked our trips, scooters and laundry service there and prices were better than at any of the nearby agencies. No breakfast facilities but there are multiple breakfast places 2 min away. It's not a 5 star resort but we had everything we needed: a comfortable, clean place by probably the best swimming beach in Lanta.

Such a lovely hotel with great staff who are always accommodating and is perfectly situated by the main road near the restaurants, shops, yoga studio, gym and beach. The room is spacious, clean, has a great AC and a very comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

Room 903 Extended our stay as it was marvelous, had a scooter for 20 days. Beautiful maintained pool with friendly staff, no late night noise. We would love to stay again The owner was a pleasant friendly person, couldn't ask for more

This is a relatively budget place and so I have given it a four rating. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. They booked a tour for us and on our last day printed our tickets off for us and called to check the transport. The food is excellent and I would not hesitate to rate the restaurant as a 4. We had their signature Pad Thai noodles which was one of our best meals in Thailand so far (8days and all Thai meals). To add to that, it was only 80baht (£2)!!! They then had a choice of four curries on the specials board and we had one each. I had Massaman. It came with rice and a spring roll, was very good and only 100baht (£2.50). Happy hour cocktails are 100baht between 4pm and 7pm. It is right on the beach, has nice seating of a variety including double bamboo beds on the beach. There are restaurants and shops on the nearby main road. Three Sisters was excellent. We upgraded rooms as the first was as reported a bit boxy and Spartan. I could have coped but it was only £12.50 a night for the wooden chalet (beware - it has a private but outdoor shower and toilet. We found it laid back/hippie/funky but you might not). We stayed one extra night - negotiated a slight reduction by avoiding booking on internet which would cost them money. Yes there are ants. Yes it is a bit budget. Yes the loos can be temperamental. Bed is firm, aircon worked, laundry service within the day, coffee, sugar, creamer and kettle, we didn't use the TV, cleaned every day and new towels. We would be more than happy to stay here again. 4 nights 6600bahts. Good value for money at £165.
