Salahutu Hotels with Airport pickup service

This hotel is soooo nice for a quiet holiday. It has a private, quiet, calm beach that is very clean with very beautifull scenery. I can just sit in my balcony with a cup of coffee all day. Just 15 minutes walk and we will see a public beach where people sell rujak, fruit, durian etc. There are a few traditional Minimart also. The best part of this hotel is the people. They are very polite, kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The biggest problem is the taste of the food. The look is good but the chef really must learn again. What a waste that such a nice hotel has to serve such tasteless food. They serve Indonesian food with minimal spices. This is conference hotel and serve wedding and meeting. But the food taste is sorely lacking. The western food is tasteless. The Asian food is just terrible. The best food durung breakfast is omelette and coffee. Manager, just have your chef study again from a senior chef. I really want to hring my team but the food really bothers me The other problem is the band. Around 40-50% are senior from various countries,. The band should know the musics from the 80s. Instead they only play Indonesian songs from the 2000.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is a little tired and needs at least some cosmetic renovation. But overall it's not bad. Very spacious rooms. Of the minuses. The bed linen seems to be poorly dried and as a result it emits a slightly unpleasant odor. But very little. Overall it's a pleasant sleep. Breakfast is a buffet, very plentiful and varied. They can be paid on the spot at a price of 99,000 per person. There is a service (free) where you can leave some of your luggage, which is what we did while flying to Banda Neira.

Terrible Hotel. Rooms are old, the air conditioning took 6 hours to get a small room to 24C, and it is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in around the globe. Almost impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the single pane windows and the intolerable traffic noise that is 20 hours per day. Food is mediocre and finally the hotel is really good at taking payment but when funds are to be refunded they make it so difficult that you want to walk away. They are unable to refund your credit card directly and then keep adding ”charges” so that effectively you dont get any of the money owed to you. But if you pay, the money is taken immediately from your card. Find another hotel if you have to stay in Ambon.

Cleanliness really need to be improved. Bed cover smelled dusty n the air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Others are OK.

Le Golden Palace est très bien situé à Ambon à environ 40’ de l’aéroport. (Tarif aéroport à l’hôtel entre 100 000 et 150 000 IDR). Il offre tout le confort, chambre propre et bien équipé, wifi haut débit partout, le petit déjeuner est complet et peu être pris sur la petite terrasse qui donne sur la rue. Mais le gros avantage de cet hôtel est le pool house sur son rooftop avec une belle et grande piscine, service de bar et de restaurant qui offre une belle vue à 360 degrés sur la ville et ses alentours. Seul bémol, les tarifs, autant des chambres et du bar et de la restauration qui sont un peu élevés malgré les prestations fournies.

The hotel is located at center of Ambon City. There are some atm, restaurants, cafes, banks and minimarket near the hotel. You have to tried Nasi Kuning which offerred near the hotel. Accros the hotel, you can find the Nasi Kuning with sweet jerky deer which opened at night.

Comfortable star hotel, clean rooms, fast reception response, the wifi network is a bit slow, often slow .. so far, great .. recommended for those who want to stay but low budget but still provided good service 👍🏼🤩

Good place for staycation

Good hotel with good facilities. It also have a restaurant downstairs that serve various local delicacies. The service is good and it is located right behind the gubernatorial office which is dead-right on the city center. However, the situation feels eerily quiet during my stay there.
