Friendly staff, rooms are always clean, if there is something not working they jump on it. Just a pleasure to check in and stay there there!

Large, clean room with comfortable beds in a quiet location. Good breakfast. Accomodating, helpful staff

I always try to make my reviews fair and honest and "call it like I see it" . Stayed here on business so I did not pay for the room myself. It is a former Holiday Inn Express so if you are familiar with those you know what to expect as far as rooms and hotel layout. It is starting to show its age a bit in a few ways but by no means shabby. The hotel was VERY clean everywhere. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and well lit. The bed was nice and there is even a choice of pillow firmness. TV is a bit smaller than the newer hotels but worked well and had a decent number of channels but no Netflix or Hulu options. Not a USB port in the room but plenty of outlets. There is a small refrigerator and microwave and a Keurig. Towels in the bathroom are decent and lots of toiletries. The only downsides were that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, and breakfast was less than Motel 6 quality. But-what was their breakfast/lounge area that had been turned in a pot dispensary was gone and I was told they would reopen it for eating and have more food choices. I hope that happens and soon. Time will tell.

I wanted a less busy experience of rest by staying at White Pine Lodge instead of the Seneca ****** where I was at a concert. I went in just after arriving from a long drive and was pleasantly greeted and given my keys and instructions to my room. The layout of the lodge is clean and easy to get around. The bedroom and bathroom did not disappoint. The choice of breakfast for the following morning was convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Attended a concert at the local ******. Couldn’t be more happy, will use the establishment again.

The pool and hot tub were down which i look so forward too.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, soft beds. Breakfast option was absolutely terrible. Either offer a proper continental breakfast or get rid of it. Your only options were prepackaged that you heat in the microwave, only allowed 3 items and no fruit! That part of the stay was a joke but the hotel itself is good.

The room was clean and everything (lights and tv) worked. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The muffin was okay.

They never said anything about the pool and sauna not being open
