I love Paradores, but this is a TERRIBLE CHOICE. The hotel is not well located and quite far from the historical centre. The interior is dated and they have very little understanding of customer service. There are much better options to stay in beautiful Salamanca!

No tiene ningún sentido que en Paradores solo con el precio que tienen te entreguen una habitación con una bombilla fundida, por ejemplo, no tengan detalles tal como unas zapatillas, en el baño faltaban varias cosas que en otros paradores si tienen

Excellent in all areas, so relaxing and enjoyable as a hotel, bedrooms are really spacious and comfortable. Large car park that feels secure and well spaced, very friendly staff always willing to help.

Initial look and the location of the hotel is fabulous, unfortunately our disappointment started after this point, the room we booked was not the room we was given a member of our party paid half what we did and got the room we booked, our room had not been cleaned satisfactorily with lots of dirt and hairs in the bath and bathroom and a pair of dirty socks left under the camp like bed that our child was given. The staff offered no apologies and basically said they couldn't do anything or issue a rebate. We had this hotel recommended by other members of our party who also left disappointed due to poor quality food in the restaurant. Absolute shame as the location is perfect for us

Everything about our stay was very good. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were very cordial and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from our room looking at Salamanca Cathedral was awesome. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
