The hotel is a four-star hotel, but it has nothing to do with what a traditional four-star hotel is. The furniture is scarce and very basic, there is no wardrobe, nor curtains, just some wooden overhead windows, if you don't want to be seen you don't have natural light either. Seeing the price and description of the hotel, it is what was expected. The problem is that the technology they sell does not work either, beyond mobile check-in and QR locks, and customer service is non-existent. The first night we noticed that the inside door latch didn't work. I wrote an email (there is no reception) and they told me that the next day they would come to maintenance to check it out. They never fixed it. Furthermore, the thermostat did not work either, when we arrived it was 23 degrees, as it is too much for sleeping, I lowered it to 19. After more than 24 hours we were still at 23 degrees, so we decided to turn it off and open the window. The SmartTV doesn't work well either, after half a dozen attempts I managed to pair my phone, but the connection was so bad that the image constantly froze. I wrote to them again to see what was happening with the latch and tell them about the rest of the things, they never responded. The overall experience was bad and the customer service was terrible. The only problem is that there is no receptionist, you have to register on a screen when you enter, and in the room with the QR code, there is a lack of some type of receptionist

Small rooms with little soundproofing, bathroom with the smell of sewer. Total disorganization of the breakfast service, with little staff and no buffet. Incoherent dining room distribution, with the bar in the middle. There is no reception. You have to go down to the cafeteria floor and look for the waitress. The location is Excellent. It's a shame the rest doesn't work.

Very modern, checking in is done on a screen, there is no reception service but it is very simple. The room was very clean, with lots of natural light and good towels. The very small bathroom. The light is a bit of a hassle, since one of them is quite strong and the other, dimmer, turns on in the bathroom and in the bedroom, which is in the way of those who are still lying down. I missed some paper in the room explaining schedules and the operation of the air conditioning, once it is off it is impossible to start it up. Breakfast quite good.
