No hay aire acondicionado. No hay teléfono interior. La habitación del año 1990 por ser generoso. En resumen para no volver y no recomendar a nadie. Una muy mala elección. La cafetería parece cualquier cosa menos cafetería. El baño limpio pero antiguo.La cama hace ruido. En resumen siendo generoso para un hotel que se dice de 3 estrellas, como mucho un 3.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel.

Questo hotel è in una posizione molto buona, molto vicino al ponte romano. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio comodo. La colazione ha quasi esclusivamente prodotti confezionati, la pandemia è finita e non è più accettabile una colazione così.

When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous ****s and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which charges a lot less than Eurowest and they were far superior. When we ventured out to eat I was interrogated about whether my dogs would bark or not and when I assured her that they wouldn’t she proceeded to tell me they would have to remove them from the room if they did! All in all there was nothing nice about the hotel but we had been on the road all day and we just wanted to get our heads down

Cet hôtel est très bien, la réceptionniste a été très accueillante, souriante et disponible et parlait français, ce qui ne gâche rien... La chambre est bien, le lit confortable et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, pas de bruit, Bref, nous les remercions de leur accueil et recommandons cet hôtel

Experiencia normal, la habitación tenía lo básico, un poco antiguo pero es pasable. Se podían escuchar la mayoría de los ruidos de las otras habitaciones cercanas, en relación calidad precio considero que está bastante bien. En fin no es nada del otro mundo pero tampoco está tan mal.

Atención MUY BUENA por parte del personal del hotel. Le falta algo de modernización (llaves, baños,...) pero el estado en general es muy bueno y limpio. El desayuno buffet es el que corresponde a la categoría del hotel, pero cualquier cosa que pueda faltar, el personal se ofrece a resolverlo de manera ágil y amable. Las camas y almohadas adecuadas. Solo una pega La habitación tiene las paredes un poco finas y tuvimos la mala suerte de estar al lado de una habitación donde el ocupante roncaba como los rinocerontes y tardamos bastante en poder conciliar el sueño. Para remate el tipo madrugó y poco después de las 7 ya estaba hablando con el compañero y se escuchaba todo.
