First we'd like to apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Hopefully everything is fine at the moment. Regarding to your prior reservation at Standard Room, we'd like to inform that all our Standard Rooms come with twin bed (double bed is available at Superior, Deluxe, Executive, and Suite). However, when requested for Standard Rooms, we would join the bed and replace the bed sheet with king size sheet. Let us assure you that it can be done soon after your early check in if we were requested, as we had already handed the keycard at 12.15 in the afternoon daytime. In addition to the room, should you find any inconvenience, we would like to hear it as soon as possible so that we could replace everything necessary to assure your convenient stay. We're glad that at the end you spoke to our MOD Mr. Mia on Sunday morning after check out, but we're sorry that we could not give compensation for the room charge, as it was settled the midnight before, and again, we're sorry that the complementary compensation Mr. Mia offered did not meet your satisfaction.
