Fan was not there in room and tv was also not working in room

Rooms are not maintained properly. there were small cockroaches and toilet paper was over, no handwash , no dustbin, could literally feel the springs in the bed.

This hotel is located on Colva beach road at around 1.5 km from the beach. it's a boutique hotel with clean and small rooms. Room and bathroom were clean and hygienic. On a negative side, Housekeeping was not proactive and breakfast was served only after 9 am

1) room full of cockroaches
2)tv was not working after continuous follow up for 4-5 time they rectified as set top box connection and tv connection was kept disconnected. 3) ac cooling has an issue, also continues water flow from ac vent, after complain they put doormat below the ac vent instead of changing room or rectifying ac problem. 4) not seen any service boy in hotel everything is tried manage by manager at the front desk. 5)no 24 hrs hot water, after 9 o clock in morning when checkd also no hot water.
