I am a clean freak and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. The room had all of the amenities I needed and the front desk was professional and helpful. It was a cute little nicety having the TV greet me by name.

Cleanest hotel with the largest room we've stayed in for a while now. The staff was very friendly. Such a great place after traveling for sports and having not do nice or dirty hotels recently.

I'm an HHonors member and I checked in online the day before arrival. We arrived just before 7pm and our room was not ready. I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes before it was ready. It was 8 pm when I got the keys. Heating/AC didn't work well, said room was 75 but much cooler. Breakfast was less than mediocre, chicken sausage, eggs that tasted like powder. Both my wife and daughter complained about oatmeal.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. We checked in on Thursday early afternoon, and our room wasn't cleaned until Sunday. Also, the 1/2 and 1/2 for coffee ran out partway through breakfast on Saturday, and they weren't expecting any more until sometime on Monday. And, no, it didn't arrive in time for Monday breakfast. Homeless wandered in and out of the lobby, seeking free breakfast, coffee, and use of the lobby phone. I do have compassion for the homeless, but they did make me feel uncomfortable.

There were some noisy men running up and down the hallways the first night if my stay. They quieted down fairily early though.
