Great Location and very helpful staff. It was a very comfortable room and staff were always available to help. I am handicapped and even got help carrying my luggage to my car. And chocolate chip cookies! I liked the location in South Salem. Close to groceries and restaurants.

The staff were just lovely, very helpful with suggestions about restaurants and the waterfalls walk, and when we wanted to stay an extra night. Nice big rooms, ours had a ‘separate’ area with a sofa. My constructive feedback would be around the breakfast, we found it limited, but I’m not sure whether this is an American thing - we are from the UK and used to European offerings.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, as does fitness center, but otherwise very satisfactory.

Great staff. Helpful at desk. For a motel with outside doors it wasnt scary bc they have full security cameras, and night watch
