A wonderful, comfortable hotel with parking on site. Situated in a great location with water view. Many restaurants and historical/leisure activities within walking distance. Hotel very clean, rooms/bathrooms are spacious and homey.

There were brown stains on my sheets when I pulled the covers down and I had to wait 45 minutes for housekeeping to come and change the sheets after calling the front desk. There was construction going on at the hotel and the restaurant was closed neither of which was disclosed upon my booking, nor was it on their website. The walls are thin ,the beds are uncomfortable. We were put near the elevator where it was very loud. There was a party bus in the hotel parking lot right outside our room and I called the front desk to let them know that they had been out there making noise and playing loud music for more than 30 minutes after 11:30 PM.Natasha at the front desk was very rude and unapologetic and offered no resolution and basically told me just to deal with it., I called back again and got a different person and they hung up on me .I am extremely disappointed in this hotel and I will never stay again.

We stayed here for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. We were close to everything and all of the staff that we met were very nice.

House keeping left our door ajar and unattended for hours, room service orders were wrong, they forgot to give me the breakfast voucher, indoor pool was closed all weekend with no explanation or anticipated opening date, coffees not restocked in room, renovations on floor above us without informing us or posting on website, plus other things I could nit pick but I don’t have too. Over all, terrible and expensive stay considering no amenities were available.

The location is great. The day staff at the desk was great,as was the restaurant staff. The night staff at the desk, not so much. The heater in the room was nonfunctioning (it ran but you couldn't control the temperature, so it just blew cold air). We were also forced to park offsite, even though I have a handicap permit. Overall, we will not return and I cannot recommend.
